Privacy

Last updated September 18, 2026

This is the music site of Auny, run by Auny LLC, a New York limited liability company. "I" and "me" below means Auny LLC. This page covers auny.media only. My business site has its own policy at aunysillyme.com/privacy-policy.

What I collect

Analytics. Google Analytics 4 records which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are, what device they use, and when a share button is tapped (which button, on which song). It sets cookies to tell visits apart.
Cloudflare Web Analytics. Counts page views without cookies and without the part of a link after the "?".
Your email, if you sign up. The sign-up form sends your email address to my newsletter provider, beehiiv, so I can send you updates. Nothing else is asked for.
Server logs. The site is hosted on Vercel behind Cloudflare. Like any website, they process your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and keep the site secure.

Things that only happen when you tap them

The Spotify player loads from Spotify only after you press play. Spotify's own privacy policy applies from then on.
The share buttons (X, Threads, Bluesky, Facebook) are plain links. Nothing from those services loads on this site; tapping one opens their site, and their policies apply there.
Streaming links take you to Spotify, Apple Music and the rest. Their policies apply once you land.

If you reach the site through one of my ads, you may pass through a short redirect page that runs X's (Twitter's) ad pixel, so I can tell whether the ad worked. That pixel uses cookies and shares limited data with X. It runs only on those redirect pages, not on the rest of the site.

What I don't do

I don't sell your data, and I don't use it for anything beyond running this site, understanding what people listen to and share, and sending updates to people who asked for them.

Your choices

Block or delete cookies in your browser, or use an extension that blocks analytics. The music plays the same either way.
Unsubscribe from updates any time with the link in any email.
Ask me what I hold about you, or ask me to delete it.
